By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using evenly.life, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

evenly.life is a personal awareness tool that helps you log drinks, notice patterns, set personal limits, and review estimates based on information you provide.

evenly.life is not described or offered as a medical, clinical, diagnostic, treatment, or safety-certified product. It does not replace professional judgment about your health or safety.

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use evenly.life. If you are not, do not use the service.

evenly.life does not provide medical advice.

• It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.
• It is not a medical device.
• For medical concerns, always consult a qualified professional.

Standard drinks, sobering time, active session views, drinkometer-style estimates, and related outputs are estimates only. They depend on data you enter and on simplified models.

Actual alcohol absorption and elimination vary widely between people and situations. Estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Do not use evenly.life to decide whether you are safe to drive, operate machinery, swim, take medication, care for others, or perform any risky activity. Always follow local laws and use common sense. When in doubt, choose the safer option and seek help if you need it.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and honesty of information you enter.
• Your own decisions and behavior, including alcohol use.
• Complying with laws that apply to you.
• Using alcohol responsibly, if you choose to drink.

If you think you or someone else may have alcohol poisoning, needs urgent help, or you are worried about your health, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. evenly.life is not an emergency service and cannot provide urgent care.

You agree to provide accurate account information where asked. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account, except where we are at fault.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, change your password (where available) and contact us using the details at the end of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access other users' data.
• Abuse APIs, automate misuse, or overload the service.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the service without permission.
• Reverse engineer or bypass security except as allowed by law.
• Use the service for anything unlawful or to harm others.
• Disrupt or interfere with the service or other users' use of it.

Push notifications are optional. You can turn them on or off in Settings. They are meant as convenience reminders only.

Notifications may be delayed, missed, or unavailable (for example due to device settings, browser limits, or outages). They are not safety alerts and must not be relied on for urgent decisions.

You may export your data from Settings in the formats we make available (for example CSV, JSON, or PDF). Availability and formats may change as the product evolves.

evenly.life is an early version of a product. Features may change, improve, be removed, or be modified. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

We will try to communicate significant changes in a reasonable way when practical (for example in the app).

The service may currently be free or offered as early access. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will show pricing and relevant terms before you choose to pay.

The evenly.life name, branding, design, software, and our original content belong to the operator of the service. You keep your rights to your own data that you submit.

You give us permission to host, process, and use your data only as needed to run, secure, and improve the service — as further described in our Privacy Policy.

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evenly.life and its operator are not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on estimates or in-app information.
• Inaccurate or incomplete calculations or content.
• Missed, delayed, or unavailable notifications.
• Incorrect data entered by users.
• Interruptions, data loss, or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect or consequential damages, where the law allows us to exclude them.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we may try to give notice — but in serious cases we may act immediately.
